OUTDOOR: Competed in the 5,000-meter run at the UNO Invitational (3/12), registering a time of 16:43.40. CROSS COUNTRY: Scored points in six races for the Green Wave this year. Posted a season-best eight-kilometer time of 27:07.52 at the 185-runner Auburn Invitational (10/11). Also finished 10th at the 58-runner Tulane Invitational (9/3).

Full name is Tyler Ross Chapman. Born March 14, 1985 in Greensboro, N.C. The son of Mary and Russell Chapman. A member of the National Honor Society in high school. Intends to major in exercise science at Tulane.
