AS A SOPHOMORE (2002)
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets, recording a top eight-kilometer time of 27:04.50 at the Conference USA Championship to finish 48th.

AS A FRESHMAN (2001-02)
OUTDOOR: Battled injuries through much of the season, but still recorded a personal-best 800-meter time of 1:53.46 at the Conference USA Championship (5/11). INDOOR: Recorded a season-best time of 1:54.95 in the 800 at the Razorback Invitational (2/1). Also helped the Wave's 4x400 Relay squad. CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in one cross country race, finishing second in the two-mile UNO Dual Meet with a time of 10:19.

PREP
Won the 800 at both the 1997 and 1998 Swedish Youth Championships. Has run four times for the Swedish Junior National Team, taking second at the Swedish Junior Championships in the 800 in 2000.

Born March 3, 1982 in Stockholm, Sweden. The son of Holger Daun and Ulla Persson. Major is currently undecided.
