Meet Karl Mundt

High School: Four-year letterman at Northland Christian for coach Rowland Skinner...helped lead the Wolverines to the state playoffs and claimed All-District 7-1A honors all four seasons as a prepster...for his career, hit .420 with 14 home runs and a school record 126 RBI...as a senior, named first-team All-St. Tammany Parish and all-metro when he hit .400 with three home runs and 45 RBI...earned Coach's Award both as a junior and senior...served as team captain final two years, becoming the first junior in school history to earn the honor...also lettered once in basketball where he earned the Coach's Award as a sophomore...during the summers played for Sampson Construction from 2004-06 and for the Louisiana Knights in 2007...off the diamond, was a member of the Beta Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the A-B Honor Roll, and was an honors graduate.
