High School: Four-year letterman at Armwood High were he saw time as the kicker and punter for coach Sean Callahan...rated 10th punter in the nation by Scout.com, 21st by ESPN.com's RecruitTracker and 25th by Rivals.com...also ranked No. 4 punter and No. 9 kicker in the country at the Chris Sailer National Kicking Competitions...helped the Hawks post a combined 54-4 record, including state championships in 2003 and 2004 and a state-runner up showing in 2005...for his career, averaged 42.1 yards on 116 punts with 31 being downed inside the 20 yard line and another 29 being fair caught...as the team's place kicker the last two seasons, converted 15-of-21 field goal attempts, including four of 40-plus yards, and has connected on 111-of-120 PATs...received honorable-mention all-state recognition as a senior and claimed second-team all-state honors as a freshman...tabbed first-team St. Petersburg Times All-Hillsborough County his final two prep seasons...also lettered twice in soccer and once in tennis...off the field, earned a 4.0 cumulative GPA and received an academic letter.
