New Orleans - The Tulane Green Wave football team will begin spring practices on Wednesday, March 26 at 2 p.m. and conclude the 15-practice schedule with an open scrimmage on Saturday, April 19. All practices will be held at the Westfeldt practice facility located behind the James W. Wilson Jr., Center on Ben Weiner Drive. Tulane's spring practices are open to the public.

Tulane will practice from 2-5 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and on Saturday from 1-4 p.m. for four straight weeks. The Green Wave will conclude the spring season with its annual scrimmage.

TU opens its second spring campaign under head coach Bob Toledo, who began the rebuilding process of the Tulane football program in 2007 with a 4-8 overall record, but managed a third-place finish in the Conference USA West Division despite being picked to finish last in the league's preseason coaches' poll.

Coach Toledo, assistant coaches and players will be available to the media at the conclusion of each practice.
